This website

The website does not use analytics, advertising trackers, embedded maps or browser storage. Images and website assets are served with the site.

Your hosting provider may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and access logs, to operate and secure the website.

Enquiries

The enquiry form sends your contact and project details to our hosting server, which passes the enquiry to info@tmmrac.co.uk by email. We use these details to respond to you and discuss the work. The form does not store your details in browser storage. For abuse prevention and duplicate detection, the server keeps short-lived hashed identifiers, submission references and timings; it does not store the enquiry message in that technical record. These records are pruned when the form is used: rate-limit entries after one hour and submission entries after 24 hours. The hosting provider may also keep server and email logs. If direct sending is unavailable, you can copy your details or open a draft and send the email yourself.

Information you share by email, phone or WhatsApp is used to respond to you, discuss the work and manage the resulting customer relationship. Email and WhatsApp providers process information under their own privacy terms.
