1. About this agreement

This agreement sets out the permitted use of TMM OS and its companion application, Retro Logik.

The applications are operated by TMM Renewables and Construction Limited (“TMM”) for its internal business activities. Access is restricted to employees, contractors and other people expressly authorised by TMM. Downloading or installing an application does not automatically grant access.

2. Permission to use the applications

Authorised users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the applications for TMM business purposes, within their assigned permissions.

You may install and use authorised copies on approved devices. You must follow TMM’s account, device, confidentiality and security requirements.

This licence does not permit you to sell, sublicense, redistribute or make the applications available to another organisation. Restrictions apply only to the extent permitted by law and do not override rights granted under applicable third-party or open-source licences.

3. Ownership

Hannah Maloney owns TMM OS, Retro Logik and their proprietary intellectual property, including the associated software and branding.

Permission to use the applications does not transfer ownership. Third-party software, trademarks and services remain the property of their respective owners.

This agreement does not transfer ownership of customer documents, business records, photographs or other material submitted through the applications. You must have the necessary authority or permission to upload and use that material.

4. Accounts and acceptable use

Use your own authorised account and keep your password and authentication information private. Do not share accounts or attempt to bypass permissions, multi-factor authentication or other security controls.

You must not:

  • Access information or perform actions outside your authority.
  • Knowingly submit false or misleading work, safety, evidence or financial records.
  • Upload unlawful material or material you have no right to use.
  • Interfere with the applications, introduce malicious software or disclose confidential information without authorisation.

Report suspected unauthorised access, lost devices or security problems promptly to TMM.

5. Work records and offline use

Users remain responsible for checking the accuracy of information they enter and following applicable work procedures.

Some Retro Logik functions support offline working. Information saved locally or shown as pending is not necessarily received or authorised by TMM’s server. Check synchronisation status and resolve outstanding items when connectivity returns.

Do not uninstall an application, clear its storage or replace a device while work remains unsynchronised without first arranging preservation of that work with TMM.

The applications do not replace professional judgement, required safety checks or statutory obligations.

6. QuickBooks and other connected services

Connections to QuickBooks and other external services must be authorised by an appropriate account owner or administrator.

Users may access connected information only for authorised TMM business purposes. Connecting a service does not grant permission to create, change, send or delete accounting records; those actions depend on the enabled integration functions and the user’s authority.

Check financial information before relying on it. Relevant third-party terms and privacy notices also apply. TMM OS and Retro Logik are not products of Intuit, Apple or other connected-service providers.

7. Privacy and confidentiality

TMM processes personal information in accordance with its applicable privacy notices and data-protection obligations.

Users must protect staff, customer, client and business information and provide only information necessary for the task. Access is governed by account permissions and operational requirements.

Removing access or leaving TMM does not automatically erase historical business, evidence, safety or audit records.

8. Updates, availability and access removal

TMM may update the applications, change available functions or suspend access for maintenance, security or operational reasons. Continuous availability and uninterrupted connectivity cannot be guaranteed.

Access may be suspended or withdrawn when authorisation ends, including when a user leaves TMM or breaches these requirements. Contact TMM to arrange the handling of any outstanding work.

Nothing in this agreement excludes liability or removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

9. Changes and support

TMM may update this agreement and will communicate material changes through appropriate company channels. The date above identifies the current version.

For support or questions, contact info@tmmrac.co.uk. Do not include passwords, authentication codes or other credentials.
